Chiune Sugihara (杉原千畝 Sugihara Chiune?) 1-a de januaro 1900 – la 31-a de julio 1986 estis japana diplomato en la funkcio de vic-konsulo de la Japana Imperio en Litovio. Dum la Dua Mondmilito li helpis savi ĉirkaŭ 6000 judojn por forlasi tiun landon kun vizoj kaj la okupitan Pollandon fare de Nazia Germanio kaj Sovetunio perante la forsendon de tranzitvizoj por ke ili povu vojaĝi al japana teritorio. Tion li faris je risko de siaj propraj vivo, kariero kaj familio.
