Polski: Mieroszów - Plac Niepodległości / Rynek (zabytek nr 624 z 1.09.1959)
Deutsch: vormals Friedland (heute Mieroszów Polen), Kreis Waldenburg, Bezirk Breslau, 16 km südwestlich der Kreisstadt Waldenburg, am Ufer der Steinau in unmittelbarer Nähe der Grenze zu Tschechien. Früher lag hier u.a. ein Produktionsort der Mechanischen Weberei Bendix, weiterer befanden sich in Silesia und Qualisch, Tschechien. Das Stammhaus der 1870 in Berlin von Hugo Bendix und Anna geborene Hauer gegründeten Leinenweberei Julius Bendix & Söhne lag in Berlin, Neuer Markt 1-2. Firmenerbe Julius Otto Bendix wurde in Berlin am 5. Dezember 1878 geboren. Am 4. Oktober 1942 wurde Otto Julius Bendix festgenommen und nach Theresienstadt deportiert, wo er am 8. Januar 1943 ums Leben gebracht worden ist. Er wurde 64 Jahre alt.
