Kvin Dinastioj kaj Dek Regnoj (ĉine 五代十國 aŭ 五代十国 pijine Wǔdài Shíguó) estis epoko de politika malstabileco en Ĉinio el 907–960/979, inter la falo de la Dinastio Tang kaj la fondo de la Song. Dum tiu periodo, kvin dinastioj tuj sukcediĝis en la nordo, kaj pli ol dekdu sendependaj ŝtatoj estis establitaj, ĉefe en la sudo. Nur dek estas tradicie listitaj, kaj de tie la nomo de la epoko, "Dek Regnoj"; kelkaj historiistoj, kiaj Bo Jang, kalkulas dekunu, inkludinte Jan kaj Ĉi sed ne Norda Han, vidante ĝin simple kiel pluigo de Fina Han. Tiu epoko ankaŭ kondukis al la fondo de la Dinastio Liao en la nordo.
