Walter Lang (10a de aŭgusto 1896 – 7a de februaro 1972) estis usona kinreĝisoro.[1]
Naskiĝinta en Tenesio, li iris al Novjorko por sia kariero. Poste li iris al Parizo, kie li klopodis malsukcese vivteni sin kiel artisto. Post reveno en Usonon en 1925, Walter Lang reĝisoris sian unuan mutan filmon, nome The Red Kimono. Meze de la 1930-aj jaroj, li estis dungita de 20th Century Fox, ĉefe por la koloraj muzikaloj kiuj famiĝis ĉe Fox Studios dum la 1940-aj jaroj. Unu el liaj plej agnoskitaj filmoj estis sia eposa filmo de 1956 nome The King and I pro kiu li estis nomumita por la Oskar-premio pri reĝisoroj.[2]
Pro sia kontribuo al la kinindustrio, Walter Lang havas stelon en la Trotuaro de famo en Holivudo ĉe 6520 Hollywood Blvd.[3]
