Ĉu ĉefepiskopo?[redakti fonton]

Jam ekde la komenco la artikolo asertas ke Grech estis malta ĉefepiskopo. Tamen mi nenie aliloke trovas indikon pri tio ke li estus ĉefepiskopo - nur tion, ke li estis titulara episkopo kaj kardinalo. San Leone is titular diocese, sure! But, sometimes, for will of the pope, the titular bishop is created arcbishop "pro hac vice" (for this time). This happens for the only time the current bishop is in life. When the titular dies, the see come-back to be diocese.
