Margaret RUTHERFORD (naskiĝis la 11-an de majo 1892, mortis la 22-an de majo, 1972) estis brita aktorino.
Post sukcesa teatra kariero ŝi en la jaro 1936 unuafoje aperis en filmoj: plej ofte en karakteraj roloj, kiuj bone montris ŝian grandan komedian talenton.
Mondfamon ŝi gajnis kiel Miss Marple, la fama protagonistino en pluraj krimromanoj de Agatha Christie, kiun ŝi prezentis en kvin filmoj. La rolon de ŝia filmpartnero, la iom timema helpanto de la detektivino, cetere transprenis ŝia realviva edzo: la aktoro Stringer Davis.
