Removed the link to z-aliens

Sorry, I will write this in English. Z-aliens are not "kazantip republic guide". It's a tour operator that tries to position itself as an ultimate information source for the foreigners. And there is no information in Esperanto on their page. I would change the description of their link to something that desribes what I mean, but I don't speak Esperanto. So I removed it because it makes people think that official website is non-informativ. But the official website has a well-designed and information-reach english version. Thank you.
