Romy was, officially, no "Austrian"

Sorry to have to admit: Her (formally Austrian) father had applied for German citizenship in 1937 ( = before her birth), obviously for financial reasons (to be allowed to perform / to have better chances for his job, acting in Germany). Her mother was Bavarian (German). The actrice later became a citizen of FRANCE (obviously due to marriage with Biasini). [w.] 18:38, 2. Dec 2009 (UTC)
