Thank you for spotting the vandal in eo:Mukeŝ Ambani a day earlier than anybody here did. In such apparently malicious cases a block after even only one major vandalism is appropriate. I blocked the vandal now, after he or she continued vandalising today. But in such cases it is OK to search an administrator or an bureaucrat (at the moment, we have three of them) who is online at the moment. To leave a message at the tecnical discussion board would be an alternative, but would probably waste too much time, because no discussion board is constantly patrolled here...
