Dvaita, Dvaita Vedanto aŭ Dvaita Vedanta (/ˈdvaɪtə vɪˈdɑːntə/; en sanskrito: द्वैत वेदान्त) estas sub-skolo en la vedanta tradicio de Hindua filozofio. Alternative konata kiel Bhedavāda, Tattvavāda kaj Bimbapratibimbavāda, la Dvaita Vedanta sub-skolo estis fondita de la 13-a-jarcenta fakulo Madhvaĉarja.[1] La Dvaita Vedanta skolo kredas, ke Dio (Viŝnuo, suprema animo) kaj la individuaj animoj (jīvātman) ekzistas kiel sendependaj realoj, kaj tiuj estas distingaj; oni diras, ke Viŝnuo (Naraĝana) estas sendependa, kaj animoj estas dependaj el li. La Dvaita skolo kontrastas kun la aliaj du ĉefaj sub-skoloj de Vedanta, la Advaita Vedanta de Adi-Ŝankaro kiu subtenas neduismon – ke lasta realo (Brahmo) kaj la homa animo estas identaj kaj ke ĉiuj realo estas interkonektita unueco-, kaj Viŝiŝtadvaita de Ramanuĝa kiu subtenas kvalifitan neduismon – ke lasta realo (Brahmo) kaj homa animo estas diferencaj sed kun la eblo esti identaj.[2][3]
