Charles AVERY (28a de Majo, 1873 – 23a de Julio, 1926) estis usona aktoro, reĝisoro kaj scenaristo de muta kino.

Li estis unu el la originalaj sep trompindaj policanoj Keystone Kops de la Keystone Studios Li reĝisoris Roscoe "Fatty" Arbuckle en 31 komediaj filmoj en Keystone Studios.

El 1908 al 1909, Avery aperis en 33 mallongaj filmoj sub la reĝisorado de D. W. Griffith, kutime nur en duarangaj roloj kaj ofte kun Mack Sennett.

En 1913, li klopodis en reĝisorado, starte per Across the Alley ĉe Keystone Studios. Avery reĝisoris Syd Chaplin en la serio Gussle kaj Charles Murray en la serio Hogan.
