Marŝalo Archibald Percival WAVELL (5a de majo 1883 – 24a de majo 1950) estis veterana oficiro de la Brita Armeo. Li servis en la Dua Bura milito, en la Bazarvala Kampanjo kaj en la Unua Mondmilito, dum kiu li estis vundita en la dua batalo de Ipro. Li servis en la Dua Mondmilito, dekomence kiel Ĉefkomandanto de Mezoriento, en kies rolo li estris la Britajn fortojn al venko super Italoj en okcidenta Egipto kaj orienta Libio dum la Operaco Compass en decembro 1940, sed li estis venkita de la Germana Armeo en la Okcidenta Dezerta Kampanjo en aprilo 1941. Li servis kiel Ĉefkomandanto de Brita Hindio, el julio 1941 ĝis junio 1943 (krom mallonga tempo kiel komandanto de la uson-brit-nederland-aŭstralia ABDACOM) kaj poste servis kiel Vicreĝo de Brita Hindio ĝis sia retiriĝo en februaro 1947.
