Verda muzo
Verda muzo (france: la muse verte, la fée verte) estas personigo de la absinttrinkaĵo per kio feliĉo kaj halucinoj sentiĝas kaj elvokiĝas.
La origino de la termino verda muzo/feo ne estas plu tre klara. Verŝajne ĝin formis la brita bohemiano Oscar Wilde post troa konsumo. Multaj el la absinttrinkaĵoj en la 19-a jarcento, ankaŭ por kaŝi alkoholon de malbona kvalito, estis verdigitaj per kupraj komponaĵoj.
De Oskar Wilde venas ekz. jena fama citaĵo pri la absinto: After the first glass, you see things as you wish they were. After the second, you see things as they are not. Finally, you see things as they really are, which is the most horrible thing in the world.[1]
Preskaŭ cent jarojn absinto estis malpermesita en Eŭropo. Kaj eĉ nun multaj asocias la terminon absinto kun blindiĝo, frenezo kaj frua morto.
