Anglasaksa juro

Ĉi tie montriĝas la juraj sistemoj de la mondo. Anglosaksa juro estas ruĝa.

Anglasaksa juro (nomata de la propraj uzantoj kiel komuna juro (Common law)) estas juro disvolvita de juĝistoj, tribunaloj kaj similaj juraj organismoj, asertita en juraj decidoj, kiuj nome decidas super individuaj kazoj sed kiuj aldone havas antecedentajn efikojn super estontaj kazoj. La tiel nomata komuna juro estas la tria branĉo de juro, kontraste al kaj sur sama grundo kiel la statutaj leĝoj, kiuj estas adoptataj pere de leĝofara procezo, kaj delegitaj aŭ regulantaj leĝoj, kiuj estas promulgitaj de la Plenuma povo.
